This has equaled the record for most goals scored by any Red in the group stages, which was held by

Thiago has been threatening to have a game like this for a while now and he chose Porto to showcase all the brilliant techniques in his arsenal. The Spaniard channeled his inner Gerrard to give the Reds the lead with one of the goals of the season too. 

The 19-year-old made his first start for Liverpool in the Champions League and did not disappoint. Morton made some excellent turns and passes, while going fearlessly into a number of challenges. Looks like another bright prospect. 

What is there to say about Salah that hasn't already been said this season? It's like he can't go a game without producing some brilliance and he executed a top shimmy and finish to notch another goals against Porto. The Egyptian King is simply unstoppable right now. 

Was unlucky to not find himself on the scoresheet. Finished a delightful Thiago pass but was harshly ruled offside. Buzzed around and made himself a nuisance all game. Feels like he's gotten his unpredictability back again. 

Wasn't at his very best, but made one run that was nearly one of the best plays of the season. Lost some points for being unable to deliver end-product but the Ox was all over the pitch today. Has been an able deputy in that midfield role. 

Perhaps the only slight disappointment of the game, Ibrahima Konate never seemed fully comfortable against Porto. Gave the ball away cheaply on multiple occasions and could have really cost the Reds. Did have a few moments where he showcased his strength, size and intelligence though.

It wasn't his best game, but you can always rely on King Mo to score.  Even when he as an average game, he still looks like the best player in the world.  Hes Class Class and more Class and he's all ours!

He just loves a goal doesn't he, he never stops trying things his attitude is phenomenal he wasn't  having one of his best games but that doesn't stop him, irreplaceable Mo Salah.
