Salah wins 2021 African Player of the Year award

The International Federation of History and Statistics (IFFHS) announced that Mohamed Salah has been named the 2021 African Player of the Year.

IFFHS published on its official website that  Salah won the award for his superb performances with the Reds this calendar year.

Salah's primary competitors were Hakim Ziyech and Riyad Mahrez, who finished in the top 3 behind him.

So far in 2021, the Egyptian King has 36 goals and 14 assists in 50 appearances.

For sure, no one else deserved the award more!
