Mane's non-celebration, Salah thanking Alisson & more: 6 episodes from Norwich win you might've missed

Tsimikas wastes golden chance to score first goal for Liverpool

Liverpool could be 1-0 up within five minutes after Mohamed Salah found Kostas Tsimikas on the far post with an elegant chip over Norwich's defensive line.

It was an ideal chance for Kostas to score his first goal for Liverpool - but he did not get his shot right, and the ball went well over the bar.

Henderson encourages Diaz

Luis Diaz could've opened his record at Liverpool in the first half when his shot went just over the bar.

It was a good effort, and Jordan Henderson was near to encourage Diaz to keep going.

Although Diaz was quite angry with himself. He wouldn't have to wait for his goal for much longer - in fact, Henderson would be the man to provide him with the assist.

Salah torments Man United loanee

Mo Salah against Brandon Williams was a duel some Liverpool fans would anticipate to be enjoyable for the Egyptian.

In the 19th minute, Mo received the ball on the right wing with Williams closing in - and the fun began.

Salah held on to the ball for 10 seconds, and Williams could not dispossess him even when helped by a teammate. Pity Salah's shot was blocked.

Mane does not celebrate

Sadio Mane scored the equaliser in the 64th minute. It would've been an emotional moment for the Senegalese.

Instead of celebrating, however, he just pointed forward for his teammates to carry the ball to the centre of the pitch faster. A draw was not good enough for him.

Salah thanks Alisson

It was not for the first time that Alisson assisted Mo Salah's goal with a brilliant long ball.

Unlike that Man United game, we did not see Alisson sliding towards Salah to celebrate the goal - but Mo still was seen to appreciate the keeper's pass.

Alisson gets away with handball

Minutes before the third goal, Alisson got away with handling the ball outside his penalty area.

The keeper rushed to intercept a pass to Teemu Pukki and grabbed the ball inside his area - but he slid outside and did not immediately throw the ball away.

Pukki could not believe the referee and his assistants failed to spot it - and VAR could not review it as it was not a red-card offence.
