Liverpool Women secure Championship title with 2 games to go, earn promotion to Women's Super League

Liverpool Women have clinched the FA Women's Championship title with two games remaining.

On Sunday, they defeated second-placed Bristol City Women 4-2 away from home.

This win means that Liverpool will be back in the Women's Super League for the first time since the 2019-20 season.

The side coached by Matt Beard has lost just once and conceded only eight goals in the league this season, winning 15 out of 20 matches.
