'The boys have made me proud': Henderson reacts to beating Wolves but losing out on league title

Jordan Henderson had nothing but good stuff to say about his team after they beat Wolves 3-1 to finish second in the league, finishing with 92 points.

"Very proud of the boys and what we have done. We did all we could ask for today, but unfortunately not enough. I was always confident we would find the goal we needed and we did.

"We kept believing, we found a way today but unfortunately it wasn't enough. We've given everything all season, right until the very last day.

"Congratulations to City but I'm so proud of the boys. Now we have a Champions League final to play, we go again."
