Liverpool midfield depth for Fulham game is really worrying: shown in lineup

It's unclear how Liverpool would line up against Fulham in the Reds' Premier League opener on Saturday, August 6.

What is already known is that Jurgen Klopp will not have many options in the midfield.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is sidelined with a serious injury, Curtis Jones has picked up a knock and Naby Keita is ill. They won't be available against Fulham.

Tyler Morton, who has some experience of playing for the first team, has today left the club for a season-loan loan at Blackburn.

Perhaps Academy midfielders Melkamu Frauendorf and Stefan Bajcetic, who impressed in the Strasbourg game, could make the squad for the Fulham game.

Here's what Liverpool's midfield depth for the game looks like.
