Liverpool preparing to bid for Sporting youngster Matheus Nunes (reliability: 3 stars)

As per one of Portugal's biggest news outlets, Correio Da Manha, Liverpool are preparing a bid for the highly-rated Sporting midfielder Matheus Nunes.

The bid is reportedly going to be worth €45 million plus €5 million in add-ons.

Liverpool have been linked to Nunes for quite some time this summer and the outlet reporting this also broke the news about Liverpool's pursuit of Darwin Nunez.

The credibility of the source is not too certain though, and they were wrong about Liverpool's interest in Porto's Otavio.
