One lineup that really puts Liverpool's injury crisis into perspective

We're three games into the 2022/23 season and Liverpool already have a huge injury list.

Add the suspended Darwin Nunez to it and you'll get eleven players currently unavailable.

In fact, Liverpool can 'field' a hypothetical team consisting only of our injured players.

We had to stick Kaide Gordon to left-back because Kostas Tsimikas has, fortunately, recently recovered from an injury.

But other than that, it's a very decent side — one can say it's even better than the XI that started against United.
