Tsimikas picks up minor back injury on international duty

Kostas Tsimikas was withdrawn 24 minutes into Greece's 0-0 draw with Lithuania.

There were fears as to the extent of his injuries but Football Insider's reports claim that the player only has a minor back injury.

He is not expected to be sidelined for too long due to the injury and may even be able to get fit by the time Liverpool visit Manchester City.

Liverpool play Chelsea, followed by Arsenal in the league over the next ten days so it will be vital for Klopp to have his second left-back fully fit for those fixtures.
