Endo already in Liverpool to complete medical: Romano

Wataru Endo is set to join Liverpool in what will be the most surprising move of the summer as the 30-year-old will join the Reds for a reported £21m fee.

"Wataru Endō, currently undergoing first part of medical tests as new Liverpool player after surprising move revealed yesterday night," said Fabrizio Romano.

"Endō travelled to Merseyside on Thursday night with his camp after Stuttgart green light to complete his dream move."

Liverpool will be getting a charismatic leader in the form of Endo as the midfielder is the captain of his national side Japan as well as club side Stuttgart.
