You have a good point there. But sometimes  players refuse to sign a contract extension if they are not happy with the terms. Also, players like Milner deserve the honour of a free transfer . As for other injuries proned ones, it is better to get them off from wrecking clubs  finance through earning big wages and not being productive.

i agree the club should have put a offer for each them and we have now more good players on loan instead of using them for tournaments such as the carabao cup and some matches in the FA cup that how they improved their fitness and how to adapt to Klopp ways

Interesting.  Normally,  new signings are given 4-5 yrs contract. I believes,  after 2 yrs,  a player should be able to be evaluated,  base on certain criterias,  such as credibilities, availabilities,  attitudes and suitability to the system. On the third yr,  a decision should be made,  whether to retain and be given contract extension or to be sold. 
For players decided to be sold, they should be given some playing times on softer fixtures  or less important matches. We can't put a good price tag by freezing them in the freezer (on the bench) .

I don't think it's a good habit to get into letting players run their contract down and leave for free. Especially when they are only bit part players like Naby and Ox and to less of an extent Bobby and Jimmy. Those four leaving should have generated funds for us to buy replacements in other areas. Besides that I'm happy with the players we did sign especially Szoboszlai!

These four MFs with a total 172M Euro seems a good business! Exited and anticipate debut of Ryan! Watched him at Ajax before, should be a very good addition! These new four MFs plus old ones could make us dominating midfield again! This season will be very interesting! Let's also pray our defenders can avoid injuries since the defence squad is thin!
