How many players will Liverpool lose to AFCON?

It is almost that time every two years when European clubs lose their players to the Africa Cup of Nations. Liverpool have had their fair share in the past.

However, this time around only Mohammed Salah will be away with Egypt at the competition slated to run from 13 January to 11 February 2024 in the Ivory Coast. 

Salah will be sorely missed considering his immense contributions to our team. The 31-year-old has 14 goals and seven assists already this term.

Egypt are drawn in Group B alongside Ghana, Cape Verde and Mozambique.  They begin their campaign against Mozambique on January 14.
