Klopp reveals 'messages I don't want to read' on his phone — it has to do with Liverpool

Liverpool currently have 13 first-team players injured, with the likes of Thiago, Alisson, Mo Salah and Trent on the treatment table.

"Yes, it is definitely [the worst] for the amount," Jurgen Klopp said, as quoted by the Liverpool Echo.

"We've had bad ones in the past, the centre-back disease [in 21/22] and stuff like that but the good thing about it is, and we've said it before, that we've all found solutions.

"But we all know we all know there are a lot of games coming up, final after final, so we better get some players back. And we will get some players back. But how do we get through until then? That is the next question and that is the situation we are in.

"We have to consider all that, all of the time, all of the day and while we are here, I don't have my smartphone but maybe I have some messages now that I don't want to read and it's a long time ago now that I got a message that I wanted to read, to be honest.

"So far, we have found solutions and we have to keep finding them but a super example of that is how you can sort the situation together in the Southampton game together because everyone understand it was a tricky one and we all saw the first half with the chances they had and they hit the post and Caoimh Kelleher saved another big chance."
