James Milner plies his trade at Brighton after leaving Liverpool on contract expiry last summer. The Englishman still misses his Reds teammates and the coaching staff though.
The veteran midfielder told the Seagulls' media team: “It’s a great bunch of people down here [at Brighton].
“[And that’s one of the difficulties when you leave a club, the people I was around at Liverpool for so long, that’s something you miss, but to feel as comfortable as I have so quick, the people here have been great and have helped me with that.”
Millie has made 20 appearances for Brighton so far this season. He spent eight seasons at Anfield, making 332 appearances and playing an important part in the club winning the Champions League, the Premier League, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
