Two Bournemouth scouts to follow Richard Hughes to Liverpool

Incoming Liverpool sporting director Richard Hughes will take a few of his Bournemouth employees to Merseyside.

According to the Bournemouth Daily Echo, chief scout Mark Burchill and scout Craig McKee are expected to follow Hughes out of Bournemouth.

The Cherries' head coach Andoni Iraola has hinted that the reports are correct.

"Obviously he trusts them and it is always a proof of confidence when you go somewhere else and you want to leave with people you trust," he said of Hughes and his scouting team.

The appointment of Hughes himself was supported by Michael Edwards who will be taking a senior role at Fenway Sports Group ahead of the new campaign.
