Let's not be naive here it's not just a rival thing with liverpool and Manchester it's a national disgrace that other teams think its helping their team overcome  opponent's.
It also shouldn't be shouldered by the two clubs,the different country's f.a.should take action and the sooner the better.
But for the two clubs to get the ball rolling is a start.

They could stop "tragedy chanting" overnight if they really wanted to. 

The FA/PL could give an immediate 3-point deduction per game that the clubs fans say these disgusting chants at.  Now, obviously, with generations of inbreeding, it will take a while for ethnic mancs to understand the ramifications of their disgusting chants.  But they will eventually learn and stop.

Obviously, this doesn't suit the pro manc anti Liverpool bias of the FA, PL, PGMOL, and the wider mainstream media.

That “unite forces” is a great idea in theory. Hopefully it will stop Hillsboro chants and others similar from coming generations. I truly hope it works but it’s a shame it has to be put in place in the first place.

A 5 Yr jail term without parole for the parents would act as a deterrent to other parents to stop and think and then raise their children "properly" no matter how begrudgingly they do it. Due to the wokerati through anti social media taking over those in power, we now have a youth and 30 somethings whom have grown up without experiencing the premise that " actions have consequences". When I was younger you would be severely beaten if you stepped out of line.  If you disrespected a police officer you would get a clip round the ear, taken home and then battered for getting into trouble with the police.  Now police have to stand back and watch scumbags do wanton vandalism and not interfere for risk of a woke prosecution. 🙄

Children, from a very early age, should be taught any type of abuse is wrong. It obviously starts with parents. And if the parents are not taking responsibility for their childrens actions, who else is then going to??
