'Not a shoo-in': David Ornstein provides update on Ruben Amorim

Journalist David Ornstein has provided an update on 

Many sources have reported the Sporting boss as being the primary choice for Liverpool as their next manager but Ornstein says that's not true.

“Ruben Amorim has been heavily linked with the role," said Ornstein on CBS Sports. 

"But it’s my understanding that despite being a candidate, he’s not a shoo-in for this job. 

"He’s not necessarily the top option. We’ll have to see how this plays out,” finished Ornstein.
