Romano: 'Trent is a Real Madrid target'

“Another player Real Madrid love, but I think it could be next summer in 2025 in case he doesn’t extend the contract, is Trent Alexander-Arnold at Liverpool,” Fabrizio Romano said on the ARLS podcast.

“Trent is a player they love and a player they are following – so he is another target that they have.”

The right-back's contract with Liverpool expires at the end of the 2024/25 season. It has recently been reported that the Reds are planning to hold talks with the Englishman this summer.

A boyhood Liverpool fan, the 25-year-old has spent his whole career at the club so far, making 308 appearances.
