Klopp told one Liverpool player deserves more chances after impressive Aston Villa showing

Jurgen Klopp's last away game for Liverpool resulted in a 3-3 draw with Villa which saw the Reds lose a 3-1 lead at the death.

One player had a particularly impressive performance and Clinton Morrison believes he deserves more opportunities in the side.

“He’s better in that midfield role,” Morrison said about Harvey Elliot, who got an assist and was also crucial in Liverpool's opener.

“He picks passes, he has got great delivery on the set pieces and he has a bright, young future.

"He will want more opportunities. The new manager should give him more opportunities, I do like him.”
