'Juventus is where he is loved and respected unconditionally': Mohamed Sissoko on why Paul Pogba will abandon United this summer

Paul Pogba will abandon Man United this summer in order to return to Juventus where he's loved and respected unconditionally, former Bianconeri midfielder Mohamed Sissoko has claimed.

“I think he will return to Juventus,” he said in an interview with the Daily Mail.

“He will come back due to situations that have arisen.

“Everything suggests that he will abandon Manchester and England and Juventus is a club that knows him and where he is loved and respected unconditionally.”

The Frenchman won four consecutive Serie A titles with Juve before making a €105 comeback to Old Trafford in 2016. He's long been linked with a return to the Allianz Stadium as well as with a move to Real Madrid.

The La Liga giants are believed to have told the player's agent Mino Raiola that they have no plans to sign his client. Raiola, meanwhile, have recently claimed that Pogba 'would like to come back' to Juventus.

The 26-year-old has featured only twice for the Red Devils since September due to an ankle injury. He's reportedly set to return to training with United's first team later this week (ESPN).
