I get this but I also remember everyone wanted to get rid of fred they wanted to get rid of matic they wanted to get rid of shaw . The team played too many games with little time between them the team was tired and. among many poor mistakes not just David da gea rashford bruno lindeloff matic mcguire pogba . I am not saying not to give the guy a chance but we really have a damn great goal keeper who probably took us to champions league himself one year. Most those mistakes were fatigue and mental fatigue Ole used the same team for too long but understandably so !

Red@heart, sadly, I must agree. I don't know what's even happening to David. Did you see that mistake against Leicester when he spilled what turned out to be a pass on his goal, not even a strike? That's surely not him forgetting everything he's ever known, there must be a bigger reason

De Gea errors cost us points against Tottenham and Everton. Both games ended in draws when we should've won. His error lost us the earlier game against Watford. In total at least 7 PL Points were dropped by De Gea in PL. His errors cost us the FA Cup Semifinal against Chelsea, though the whole team looked like a bunch of zombies on the day. We do not know how well Henderson will cope at Manchester United. 
My thoughts are that United should get Henderson back and assess both in training. Start the new PL with Henderson. If he does worse than De Gea, then bring De Gea back. Other option is play one in PL and the other in CL, and all other cups. Each may get over 30 games. Barcelona did it successfully with Ter Stegen and Valdes.

Don’t lose talent? Have u not seen sanchez, even though Sanchez has started to pick up some form he’s an example that a player can appear lose his talent, de gea deserves more time because of how much he’s saved us back in the past but we can’t ignore the possibility of the man losing his past self

its a tricky one, because dean needs more experiernce before he can be utds no 1. whilst de gea has had a few errors this season no doubt but you dont just lose talent, he has been great in the past and he is just not in form at the moment, it could be personal problems, covid or whatever. but i think de gea will be good to us next season. he might need to have that little bit of competition (dean) so that he knows that if he plays crap, dean will be in next game.

Dean is the future, David De saster is becoming the past. He is now costing us in league and cup games, has done for the last two seasons. I say play Sergio for Europe, send De Gea on holiday now. Let him get his head together. Although the while defence has been shaky. Reinforcements needed
