'I've always felt privileged to be part of this incredible club': Marcos Rojo's farewell message to Man United fans

Marcos Rojo wrote on Instagram: "I want to take this opportunity to thank everybody at Manchester United who have helped me in the last six years.

"Since arriving in 2014 I have always felt privileged to be part of this incredible club with so much history.

"Thank you to all the fans who have always supported me when wearing the Manchester United jersey. Now begins a new chapter for me in my career but I will always have Manchester United in my heart."

The 30-year-old has returned to Argentina after joining Boca Juniors permanently in the January transfer window.

Rojo signed for the Red Devils in 2014 under Louis van Gaal and went on to make 122 appearances. The centre-back also scored twice over his tenure with United.
