Anthony Martial's refusal to shake his hand left Kylian Mbappe confused as he replaced the Manchester United star in France's 2-0 win over Kazakhstan.

The 25-year-old man has withdrawn from the France squad with a suspected knee injury. He was in pain and his reaction is understandable as he looked rather frustrated coming off.

Marcus Rashford has also withdrawn from the England squad with a foot injury, leaving Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with quite a headache for the upcoming games.
