Manchester United have no chance of getting rid of Phil Jones this summer, according to the Manchester Evening News.
The centre-back's Old Trafford contract has two more years remaining on it, making him 'effectively unsellable' in the current transfer market.
The 29-year-old played his last game for the Red Devils in January 2020 before a series of mysterious injuries kept him on the sidelines for a total of 13 months.
Jones signed a new long-term contract in February 2019 and Man United actually have an option of extending it for a further season. Transfermarkt value the player at just €5 million.
