Paul Pogba has rejected a long-term contract offer from Man United which would’ve seen him earn £350,000-a-week, as per the Mirror.
This has been revealed by Mirror's David McDonnell, who regularly attends press conferences & games and is known to have sources within the club.
It’s claimed that the entire package would’ve pocketed the Frenchman a massive £50m, but he’s intent on leaving the club in the summer.
PSG are front-runners to sign him and are reportedly ready to pay £45m immediately to acquire his services.
However, the Red Devils are not ready to let him go for cheap and want at least £50m to sell their prized asset – despite him only having a year remaining on his contract.
Pogba currently earns about £280,000-a-week and despite the huge pay-raise on his deal, he’s opted against signing a new deal with United.
The French midfielder is reportedly close to agreeing on personal terms with PSG, but the two clubs are yet to negotiate over a sale.
