“It has to be the right loan, right move, right club, right way of playing for any of our youngsters, really, that want to go.”

Garner is said to be poised to complete a loan move to 

 after impressing for them last season. Amad is likely to be sent on loan to an English club, with 

 reportedly leading the race for his signing.

That is a very smart move on his part cause in the Premier league we can watch his progress week in and week out and hopefully he can show everyone he has what it takes to make it in this league.

Love it when a player shows initiative and has set a clear path for his career.
Showing that he knows the final step to proving he's ready for us is to make it in the very league he's supposed to prove himself in and going to a team like Watford or Palace on loan will for the season will be great.
