 has his eyes set on getting a new assistant coach to aid him at 

The German gaffer could potentially bring in two support staff members after assessing the situation at Old Trafford.

Rangnick will first meet the existing coaching staff at United and look into the shape of the team.

If he deems it necessary, he’ll appoint two coaches into his coaching set-up to help him with his work as United manager. 

The Red Devils aim to keep hold of the likes of

Rangnick has been made the interim manager for the rest of this campaign and will take a consultancy role within the club for 2 years after that. He’ll also 

 in appointing his successor who takes the club forward from next season.

The German manager will have to wait a while before he can officially be in charge of the Red Devils, with work permit issues stopping him from joining up with the squad.

I don't understand why Manchester United is doing all things like is a family business? If Carrick mckenna truly want to become a manager of this great club they all should leave Manchester United and find job elsewhere, then prove themselves at least for 3 to 5 years of managing in championship or any team in the bottom Premier league like Norwich, Brentford Watford or go to Germany second division or top division to coach or in Spain or seria thrn after gaining more knowledge about 5 years they can come to Manchester United for the job bcus Manchester United isn't a smal job where we will be having different perspectives of judgement bcus they are ex club legend? In business no family should be involved, no sentiment shouod be involved also
