After the final whistle in the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, Fred was mobbed by Manchester United fans before heading down the tunnel at Old Trafford.
The Brazilian gave his shirt to a fan in the crowd and was then lauded by the supporters as they shared handshakes and hugs:
Fred scored the winning goal in spectacular fashion and was defensively solid as well.
His effort received praise from Ralf Rangnick, who also joked about the midfielder scoring with his right foot.
