Cristiano Ronaldo is the captain of the Portuguese national team, but the Wolves game was just the 11h time he wore the armband at the club level, the Mirror reports.
This was also the first game for him as the Man United captain - and the first time when his side lost in such a game.

As Man United have their next game on Monday, they have been given two days off after the Wolves defeat, The Athletic reports.
The players could do with some rest, while Ralf Rangnick will use his time to look for a solution to the team's issues.

Teden Mengi has joined Birmingham City on loan for the rest of the 2021/22 campaign, Manchester United officially announced on Tuesday.
The centre-back will now feature alongside fellow Man United Academy product Tahith Chong who is also on loan at the Championship side.
Jones named Man United's best player vs Wolves
Former Manchester City defender Micah Richards believes that Phil Jones was one of the few positives for Man United in the 1–0 defeat against Wolves on Monday.
He told Radio 5 Live: "Phil Jones was actually the best player for Man United today. After all of the stick he has been given, it was nice to see an all-round performance, such as his positioning, his clearances, his confidence as well."
