That’s a sign of a good manager,he’s already thinking about the club and needs a figure to calm the dressing room and also help the attacking mentality..I believe Erik Ten Hag is actually the man for the job,give him the opportunity given to Ole.with 4 signings in the summer and 2 in winter transfer window.
