Not just a one, three, or even five year plan. We need him to plant the seeds for long term success. We still won't be champions for at least two seasons, possibly longer

We already have loads coming through the academy. What we need is a strong midfield in its prime. Nothing else will steady the ship during a transition phase. And our youth ranks might lack talented CBs so if you want young players, that’s the area I’d look into, as well as the right wing (RB and RW), everything else is settled already
