Ralf Rangnick is eager to have a meeting with Erik ten Hag in which he wishes to give him a full debrief of Man United’s issues, as per the Daily Mail.
If given the chance to do so, the German boss will offer the incoming manager a few of his assessments about the club.
Ralf is likely to inform Ten Hag about how he believes the squad lacks the personality or physicality to thrive at an elite level.
Rangnick will also suggest ways for Erik to improve things in the future.
The German gaffer is in contact with Ten Hag through a mutual friend and wants to forge a strong relationship with him.
But Rangnick has been given no guarantees by United that they’ll even set up this face-to-face meeting with the incoming boss.
Ralf wants to make the consultancy role a meaningful one at Old Trafford and doesn’t believe the Austria management job will impact it.
