If a player wants to impress his manager its fairly straight forward. Eat, sleep and train well, avoid unnecessary distractions, listen to your manager’s instructions and give 100% on the pitch. If you are blessed with great skill and you do all of this, there is absolutely no need to fly off to training camps for 10 days. Marcus had the world at his feet and blew it.
