According to The Athletic, Erik ten Hag is using his actions to set an example for his Manchester United squad instead of just words.
After the damning defeat to Brentford, the Dutch boss had reportedly made his players run 13.8 kilometres on a Sunday as punishment.
While, at first, players were angry at the instruction, The Athletic understands they then respected Ten Hag when he too began running with them.
It certainly switched the mood around in the dressing room as United went on to beat Liverpool 2-1. And you know you've played well when Jurgen Klopp is fumbling for excuses at the end of the game.
The Red Devils need to keep the momentum going when we face Southampton on Saturday.
