Ralf Rangnick breaks silence over Ronaldo insulting him as 'not even a coach'

He said: “I’m the team boss of Austria’s national team, it’s not my job to judge that. (It’s) the job of Manchester United and the sports journalists.”

Rangnick seems to be unbothered with what Ronaldo thinks about him and hasn’t really reacted to his comments as badly as one would imagine.

Ralf – currently working as the manager of 

 - had a disappointing stint as United manager, but that didn’t warrant the level of disrespect shown to him by Cristiano recently.

Rooney has recently slammed the 37-year-old's behaviour as 'unacceptable' while Neville has stated that Cristiano's actions were unbecoming of someone who wears a captain's armband.

What makes me sick is the fact that there are many fans who actually worship this man like god, picturing him as a messiah and bigger then the club. Those people who think football is only about Ronaldo and Messi, and we know where these people are from.

it's crazy. I like all Manchester united player's equally. 


Although, to be honest, I never wanted Ronaldo to return back to Manchester united when he was looking for a club after Juve. I knew it wouldn't end well. his presence would always disrupt our team and our goal output. 
although, Ole wasn't a great manager but CR arrival made his sacking faster.

Couldn’t agree more. You and I are among the few who were not excited with his return. I said back then that bringing Ibrahimovic was a better move than bringing back Ronlado. And people in here abused me. The board and the Glazers only want him for comercial reasons, but some fans failed to see this. Any good coach won’t build a team around a soon-to-be-38-year-old player with mega ego. Although he did great things for the club in the past, I never rate him as the greatest no 7. He’s not even in top 3. It is Best, Robo, and Cantona for me.

People like Mark Goldbridge idolizes this ego freak.

Ralf Rangnick was a stopgap, Ronnie is right, he is not a coach, he just stepped in at all the clubs he has worked at just to fill in until they got a manager. he was a nothing trying to tell the best player in the world how he should play.

Have you not seen it happen regularly where coaches are sacked and  someone takes over whether he is super coach or not. Avram Grant as Football director in Chelsea took over and did well. Zidane who Ronaldo obeyed and won many CL cups only coach RM team B before his appointment. Is it Ronaldo's call to choose coach if not that he his too fat headed and arrogant. Temporary coaches could be club Under 23 coach or DoF but players dedication make them succeed. 
I was critical of Ralf but now know hy he had all the problems and couldn't do as well as he did in Germany. Because Ronaldo led a rebellion against him yet was being pampered.
