"I want my team to play every game in the way we played today," explained Pep Guardiola in his post-match press conference.
"This is what I want. After another one bit, we cannot win all the time, Manchester City cannot beat them [Manchester United]. It’s good."
The Spaniard added: "United is back now after many years, that is the reality. Of course you want to win, but for the way we played you have to be frustrated."
Although Jack Grealish opened the scoring for City, United's defenders were on top of their games to keep Erling Haaland quiet throughout.
Late goals from Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford were enough for us to beat our noisy neighbours at Old Trafford.
Now, the Red Devils are just one point behind City in the Premier League table.
