It’s a chime of nationality that Dutch players like Van de Beek is a useless player. He is being patterned by ETG. Maleciais is a player he is trained him here. Wout is a player who doesn’t know where to stand during Vital attacking. Now everyone is useless. Maguire, Mctominey , Elanga are all useless and send them to exit . But it must not be forgotten that they are  the Academy product. They are not wastes. James is still the fastest player in EPL.We should not totally banish them. Only Dutch players will not save us. He is playing with Sancho. He is one of the smart and youngest player Dortmund. We had buy him with much higgling . Some players were really good like Van Nystel Roy, Van Basten , Rudd Gullit, Van Rykard, etc. But those days are gone.

this is a poor response to @Drexlert fine comment. Was Maguire poor at Leicester City or England team? Fine, he has been having problem here and he spotted captainship as one of the problem, how is that your problem Mr. Errol Flynn? You were one of those asking the club to sell Rashford and Shaw when Elanga and Telles broke in to the team, now they are your favourite, whereas we were warning you impatient human beings to allow them sort their injury issues out. Note it today, United will regret selling McTomminay in the future, each of this good players has one feature or another that set them apart, and no one without weakness. When Weghorst played 2 matches without a goal or shot at goal (on or off target), you people were calling for his head to not minding his contribution in the pressing and tackling areas. Allow these players be please, you have done worst to De Gea, yet he remains United best keeper.

I agree Drexlert to much pressure should never of been made captain , but because of who we are we payed an over inflated price for Maguire ,yes he's been played on the wrong side left footer on the right or the other way round , but we can't ignore the quality of Varane and Martinez either Maguire raises his game to the level where he can't be dropped or unfortunately he will go

I don’t know what you are on but I have never at any time called for Weghorst,s head, or is confusion a trait.

So sad how Maguire's Old Trafford went by even though he has his own personal issues himself, but Ole is the main architects of some struggles Maguire is going through. Bringing in a player from Leicester City and making him the Captain of a team like Manchester United is the beginning is a crime you can't get away with. The burden is just too much for him to carry which literally affected him badly.

No matter the source,  one point still stands and that's  these two players have not consistently been of much help to United.
They have moments of brilliance then they go back to their average levels.
On the other hand, whenever a team is going through rebuilding there is always some casualties
