Man United face potential blow in Kane transfer pursuit due to Daniel Levy decision (reliability: 4 stars)

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy could make it nearly impossible for Man United to sign Harry Kane.

As per the Daily Mail, Levy has no intention of ever selling one of his players to any of the Manchester clubs again.

He deeply regrets selling Kyle Walker to Man City and has vowed to not repeat that mistake again.

Levy hasn’t forgiven himself for selling one of his key players to a Manchester side in the past and doesn’t want to repeat his mistake with Kane.

This is despite United being keen on signing the striker, who is reportedly Erik ten Hag’s no.1 summer target.

The Red Devils are even rumored to be ready to make an £80m opening offer, but Spurs reportedly want at least £100m up-front in one payment.

At this stage, it looks like it’ll take something rather colossal for Kane to arrive at Old Trafford and spearhead United’s attack next season.
