Reacting to the news, The United Stand host Mark Goldbridge tweeted: "Missing out on Kim Min Jae is pure embarrassing and totally on the greed and length of sale process from the Glazers.
"[Erik] Ten Hag really wanted him. Another summer messed up by incompetent owners."
