Manchester United's search for a new no.9 is over with the Red Devils bringing in Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta.

Harry Kane seemed to be Man United's preferred target heading into the summer transfer window but things quickly took a turn.

According to The Athletic, the Red Devils were concerned by the fact that Kane's 'game has changed' due to his tendency to often 'drop deeper'.

This was seen as a major hindrance to Erik ten Hag's style of play at Old Trafford with Hojlund being a much better player to fit the Dutchman's striker model.
