Romano delivers Lindelof exit update as Rennes register interest

Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Victor Lindelof, who has attracted interest from French side Rennes.

"Victor Lindelof, not keen on Rennes as next destination — and Erik ten Hag wants him to stay," he tweeted.

"Erik ten Hag hasn’t changed his position on Victor Lindelof since January — no intention to let him leave the club.

"Key player for Man United despite interest from multiple clubs."

The Sweden international made 20 Premier League appearances for the Red Devils last season. His contract with United expires next summer and the club can trigger an automatic one-year extension.
