Erik ten Hag has implied that Jadon Sancho may not have a future at Manchester United hereafter.
During a recent interview, the manager was asked if Jadon could play for the club again.
"I don't know," replied Ten Hag flatly as quoted by the BBC.
When pressed further, Erik said: "Tomorrow we have a big game [at home to Brighton], we are going into a new block of games, many games in a condensed programme. I focus on that.
"He is not available, so in this moment, he is not important, because he can't contribute."
The English winger is involved in a war of words with the boss, which escalated after Ten Hag called Sancho out for underperforming.
The 23-year-old then shifted the blame on Ten Hag in a now-deleted tweet and has refused to apologise.
As a result, Sancho remains indefinitely exiled with Ten Hag demanding an apology from him.
