'He's not handled the pressure': Man United fans believe Andre Onana might not be up to the task

Andre Onana's nightmare start to life at Manchester United continued with another mistake at the weekend.

The Red Devils had to come back from 1–0 down to beat Brentford after the 27-year-old conceded an easy goal in the first half.

And some Old Trafford supporters are wondering whether Onana has what it takes to replace David De Gea as Man United's long-term no.1 goalkeeper.

Cassidy (all reactions via RedCafe): "He's not handled the pressure of filling DDG's boots. It can happen, hopefully he recovers."

Todd: "Let's assume the the build-up play improves dramatically when we have a fully-fit side and everyone is settled. Will it really matter if Onana the shot-stopper is still letting in cheap goals every week that most top keepers stop?"

calcio: "Looking like maybe Diogo Costa would have been a much better option. If he keeps this up need to find a replacement in the winter window ASAP which will be tough."

JeffFromHK: "The number of mistakes he made has far exceeded my expectation. I don't think he is gonna make it here tbh, he is another Taibi or Bosnich in our search for the next no.1 goalkeeper."

Smacky The Frog: "He looks like he's literally shrinking more and more with every mistake to the point where he makes the goal look absolutely massive now, like a little man standing inside a giant empty warehouse."
