What's the main difference between Juan Mata and David Silva? One Spaniard would be allowed to have sex with Noel Gallagher's wife, another one probably wouldn't.
That's according to Noel Gallagher himself. Back in 2015, the famous Man City fan was a guest on NBC's Men in Blazers podcast. When asked to name his favourite City players, he picked David Silva, Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure, and then added: "Silva? I’d let him have sex with my wife."
One of the interviewers said David Silva is the kind of player who you absolutely cannot hate even when he plays for a rival team. He also suggested Gallagher should feel the same about Juan Mata who was playing at Man United at the time.
"No, I look at Juan Mata and think 'f****** t***'," Noel replied.
