Man United 'table contract' to Ancelotti - two players keen, Varane not among

Manchester United have reportedly lodged an offer to Carlo Ancelotti to become their next manager.

Ancelotti is in the final months of what could be his final contract with Los Blancos, with reports repeatedly linking him with a move to take over Brazil's national team next summer.

However, it seems United may be intent on blocking that move with a bid of their own.

According to Spanish journalist Juanma Castano, Casemiro and Alejandro Garnacho will be particularly pleased by that appointment.

While it may come as no surprise to hear Casemiro mentioned in that regard, Garnacho is said be a 'huge admirer' of Ancelotti.
