Erik ten Hag told he's finished at Man United — and that it's not his fault

Speaking to the Mirror, former Ajax and Netherlands striker Wim Kieft said: "At Manchester United, the football is still not to be seen — and therefore I expect Erik ten Hag to be in his last year.

"The climate Ten Hag has to work in at Man United is completely different from Manchester City. At the neighbours, you see a certain atmosphere, there is a true football culture.

"Everything looks like a team, even at the top of their organisation. Man United haven't had a 'team' like Pep Guardiola has for a long time. Something must be very wrong at that club."

Ten Hag's future at Man United will be assessed at the end of the season with Sir Jim Ratcliffe reportedly open to a managerial change at Old Trafford.

The British billionaire is said to be a fan of Graham Potter whom incoming sporting director Dan Ashworth knows from their time together at Brighton.
