According to the Daily Star, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is eager to begin streamlining football operations at Manchester United.
The minority shareholder is reportedly set to cut at least a quarter of the bloated workforce in all departments.
Ratcliffe is expected to work with consultants to determine a proper structure, eliminating the need for 25% of their current employees.
The report claims Ratcliffe has already discussed the club being overstaffed with the Glazers.
Besides improving Old Trafford and appointing the right sporting figures, trimming the staff has been a big priority for Ratcliffe.
