Speaking to InstantCasino.com, former Manchester United defender Wes Brown said: "I think the new owners will keep faith with Erik ten Hag. Obviously it's very hard when new people come in.
"They're going to have their own views on how the club is run, but I can tell you from being around the club a little bit that the owners have been very positive. I do feel like there will be some changes.
"But I also think that they will give the manager time. It's a tough one, Man United are yet to really get back to where they want to be, but I'd like to see Ten Hag stay and try and build a team. He deserves it."
Ten Hag's job is safe for now but the Dutchman's long-team future at Man United will be assessed at the end of the 2023/24 season.
New minority stake owner Jim Ratcliffe is said to be open to a managerial change at Old Trafford after completing his 25 per cent takeover.
