Spotted: Bruno Fernandes wears protective cast ahead of Crystal Palace clash

Bruno Fernandes has worsened injury fears after he was spotted wearing a protective cast on his wrist during an outing with his wife.

The Manchester United captain is already doubtful to face Crystal Palace on Monday, as confirmed by Erik ten Hag.

The 29-year-old has pushed the pain barrier by playing with an injury he picked up during the FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry City.

Fernandes understands the situation Man United are in as far as injuries are concerned. He's reportedly fighting to be available for Palace but it seems unlikely.

Bruno is among the few players who have not missed extended periods of games due to injuries this season.
