He's not been a regular for England for about 3yrs now. He's become a sub in the England team set up. Foden and Saka have taken his place in the team. Grealish is even ahead of him.

Take his speed and shots away, what else does he possess as a talented footballer? Rashford can't go past defenders except with speed. Compare him to Mbappe who has speed and can successfully dribble past defenders. Foden and Saka shouldn't be pushing him to the bench if he's that good. He was in the team long before both made England call up and he's just 26yrs and should be in his prime. Both players are better and Southgate has seen that. Even last season that he scored 30 goals, he was still a sub in the England team set up. 

He's not really talented. He got his way when he just bursted onto the scene with his speed. Defenders have found him out and he's not skillful enough to dribble his way past defenders. He needs to remodify his style of play to continue at the top. Sancho has more skill in him than Rashford. Rashford is all about speed and bullet shots. Nothing else.
